#animalcontact I had a fantastic time at Ponderosa Zoo in Heckmondwike! 🦒 The entrance fee was around £14, which felt like a good deal for the variety of animals and experiences offered. The zoo is home to an impressive range of species, including zebras, lemurs, and parrots. 🦓🦜 The layout is easy to navigate, and the enclosures are well-kept. I particularly enjoyed the petting farm where kids can interact with friendly goats and sheep. 🐐 The zoo also has several picnic areas, perfect for a relaxing lunch break. 🥪 Nearby, the scenic Ponderosa Park offers lovely walking trails and great views of the surrounding countryside, making it a nice addition to your zoo visit. 🌳 Overall, Ponderosa Zoo provides a fun and educational day out for all ages.
