You'll lose track of time in front of the large tank where whale sharks and manta rays roam. The rare tropical fish and deep-sea fish taxidermy are also interesting. There is a highway shuttle bus from Naha, so it's a great spot for a whirlwind trip. The parking lot is huge, so it's hard to find your way there, but P7 is the closest. The cafe where you can see the whale sharks is a tough battle at lunchtime, but there's a good chance you'll get a special seat if you have breakfast first thing in the morning.
