Amphawa Floating Market!

Amphawa Floating Market is located on the canal bank near Wat Amphawan Chetiyaram in Samut Songkhram Province. This is the first floating market in Thailand that allows tourists to relax in the evening, which is different from other floating markets that open early in the morning and start to close in the afternoon. Amphawa Floating Market was created through the cooperation of local people and locals who have tried to revive the old Amphawa Floating Market to preserve the way of life of the riverside community and adjust the time to be an evening market that is suitable for walking around and choosing various products, including food, vegetables, fruits, Thai desserts, and various household items that vendors bring to sell both by boat and on land. The various shops start selling around 4 pm and go until 10 pm.
