Overeating during a 6-hour flight ✈︎

Brunei 🇧🇳 is about 6 hours away from Narita on a direct flight. You can also get there with a layover, but this time I took a direct flight with Royal Brunei Airlines! I was worried about the long flight, but it was so comfortable that I didn't need to worry about that! The seat pitch is wide and it's comfortable to sit on. There is a blanket and a cushion for each person, and these two are very useful. The air conditioning is quite effective, so it's helpful to have a blanket. The cushion is thick but still soft. You can put it on your waist or knees to relax your hands! We had one meal and two snacks during the 6 hours, and arrived at the airport in no time ☺️ Drinks are also circulated frequently, so it's great. The in-flight meals are quite different from those in Japan? They are strongly seasoned, but they were delicious! The desserts are dorayaki and daifuku, which are great for Japanese people. If there are any seats available, the flight attendant will prepare you for sleep, and the service was amazing!
