I stayed at Kai Nagato, a hot spring inn brand managed by Hoshino Resorts🤍 For breakfast, I enjoyed a 'local breakfast' that incorporated ingredients and cooking methods unique to the region☀️ The Japanese-style meal, made with rich ingredients from Yamaguchi, was flavorful and carefully prepared, with just the right amount of food🤗 The miso soup, in particular, was simmered in a pot over a fire, filled with ingredients, warm, and very delicious😌 It was a satisfying stay with a breakfast that made me feel happy from the morning🥣 🗒️Breakfast Service hours: 7:30-9:30
