Authentic and affordable Thai food in Nagoya

Sawadee Sumiyoshi is located near Sakae Station in Nagoya. There is also one at Kokusai Center Station, but the atmosphere of the Sakae branch is my favorite spot. Lunch is especially good value for money and is served from 11:30 to 16:00. So, even if your plans take longer than expected and you miss lunch, you can easily come here. You can order not only the popular Khao Man Gai and Pad Thai, but also Khao Niao Mamuang, which is rare in Japan. Thai music is always playing in the store, and all the staff are Thai, and there are also Vietnamese. The common language among the staff is Japanese. It's a very friendly store, so it's relaxing.
