#CafeReview The best cafe to sit at is Rostmary coffee & dessert cafe. Rostmary cafe is located in the blu hotel Nakhon Phanom. The view is very beautiful. The atmosphere is very chill with the rooftop view of the hotel, decorated in a minimalist style. Pastel tones are very controlled. The drinks and food are delicious and not expensive. I recommend pizza, sandwiches, spaghetti, cinnamon rolls, shochu pancakes, and many other menus. There are many beautiful photo spots. You can get every corner. #CafeReview
