First time in Jiangxi

This is my first time in Jiangxi, and this time I chose Nanchang. Before I came here, I heard that Jiangxi was very poor and the food was very spicy. This is my only impression of Jiangxi. It takes three hours to get from Lishui to Nanchang by high-speed rail, which is quite fast. There were not many people at Nanchang West Station, most of them were transferring trains, and not many people were leaving the station that day. It's very safe inside, with lots of security. The first stop was Bayi Square. It's very shocking. There is a big monument in the middle. To be honest, this style of architecture is rare in Zhejiang. I also saw many historical buildings from that era in other places in Nanchang. I like them very much and they are rare in Zhejiang. For dinner, we chose Wanshou Palace in the city center. Although the food was very cheap, it was all street food. It didn’t feel very clean and was very spicy, so I didn’t eat much. That day happened to be Valentine's Day, and there were many singers on the roadside, it felt very romantic. On the way back, the taxi driver said that the bride price in Jiangxi is the highest in the country, and I laughed. The first day is over. The next day, I chose clay pot soup and Jiangxi rice noodles for breakfast. Unexpectedly, it wasn’t particularly spicy, and it had a bit of a stomach-warming effect, which I really liked. But breakfast seems to need more protein, such as milk or something, so I didn’t order any takeout. On this day I came to the Shengjin Pagoda. There was no admission fee and it was very quiet inside. Although this courtyard is very grand, some elements in it are very similar to those in Zhejiang Province, such as the bamboo forest and the small stone stools, which are really cute. The gate is red, which reminds me of a temple in Kyoto. Maybe Chinese and Japanese temples have a lot in common! For lunch, I chose a Jiangxi stir-fry restaurant in the PARKSON shopping mall. It was quite delicious. Their dipping sauce was very special, which I had never eaten before. On the third day, we arrived at Tengwang Pavilion. The first impression is that this is a red building, very grand and not like the style of Zhejiang Province. As a foreigner I actually got a discount on the ticket! Really happy. It's OK inside, not many things are on display, but after going upstairs, I saw the scenery of Ganjiang River, which is very beautiful. The trip is over! When I returned to the train station, I saw the words "Red Soil Love" pasted on the glass. This sentence sums up my trip to Nanchang. I like this place very much, it is very safe and pure and retains many traditional things. I hope there will be more places to play next time I come [Yeah].
