A brief step back in time (In a good way)

Leaving behind the hustle of Paris' Gard du l'est station and heading East to Nancy, was never high on my travel plans before. Stepping out of the train station in Nancy reminded me of stepping back in time to the 30's you could easily imagine with some clever filming you could imagine the next Hollywood war biopick being shop in this town with it's beautiful old architecture and tricolours flying in the breeze. the food was amazing and the Christmas markets ment tempting food and wine was never far away. if you want some green spaces I would remend the grand park just off the square, there are museums for culture or a variety of high end shops. So something for everyone.
