Fujiabian Plum Blossom Mountain in Lishui District boasts over 130 varieties of plum blossoms. They begin to bloom in late February and reach their peak shortly after. I visited last weekend, and despite the light rain, there were still many visitors. With the rising temperatures these past few days, the blossoms should be even more spectacular this weekend. Despite being called a "mountain," it's not very high. You can easily reach the summit of Plum Blossom Mountain in about 20 minutes on foot. From the pavilion at the top, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the entire mountain covered in plum blossoms. The vast sea of flowers is truly breathtaking❗ The surrounding buildings with white walls and black tiles complement the scenery perfectly. 🚗It's recommended to drive to Fujiabian Plum Blossom Mountain. You can navigate directly to Fujiabian Agricultural Science and Technology Park. Nearby Shan'ao Village offers homestays, camping sites, and cafes. The science and technology park also has a food market, making it suitable for a day trip or a weekend getaway. 💡In addition to plum blossom viewing, this year's Plum Blossom Festival also features the "2025 Flower Season Lishui" themed check-in activity. Collect stamps at 7 designated locations to redeem a blind box. 🎆Enjoying the plum blossoms at night is another unique feature of Fujiabian. When night falls, colorful lights and fluorescent trails illuminate the area. On weekends, there are also large-scale fireworks displays. The upcoming fireworks shows are scheduled for 7 pm every night on February 28, March 1, March 7, and March 8. ⚠️The colorful auspicious cloud fireworks are the first to be launched, so be sure to have your camera ready a few minutes before 7 pm. Many people leave right after the fireworks, so if you want to avoid the crowds, leave a few minutes early and don't park too far inside, as you might get stuck in traffic.
