Spring: My Date with Tulips

In Nanjing, a city filled with a rich history and modern dynamism, spring acts like a magical painter, splashing colors everywhere. Among the city's spring scenery, the tulip sea at Green Expo Garden stands out as a masterpiece. On a beautiful spring day, I embarked on a long-awaited flower viewing trip. Stepping into Green Expo Garden, I was drawn to the Dutch Garden. Along the way, the spring breeze gently caressed my face, and the air was filled with the fragrance of soil and flowers. I couldn't wait to see the legendary sea of flowers. Finally, I arrived at the Dutch Garden. The scene before my eyes was like a gorgeous oil painting. Large swaths of tulips bloomed in fiery red, bright yellow, romantic pink, and mysterious purple. Intertwined together, they resembled a colorful tapestry woven by nature. As the breeze blew, the tulips swayed gently, like fairies in colorful dresses dancing gracefully, each exuding a unique charm. Strolling along the lakeside flower path, I saw tulips growing in an orderly fashion. The sparkling lake water complemented the sea of flowers. In the distance, the Dutch windmill turned slowly. Together with the small wooden houses and colorful tulips, the scene was filled with exotic charm, making me feel like I was in the Dutch countryside. By the lake, I saw many couples holding hands and strolling through the sea of flowers, their faces beaming with happiness, adding a touch of sweetness to this beautiful spring day.
