Overall evaluation The hotel's hardware facilities are quite outstanding and can be given a five-star rating. The enthusiasm of the service staff is also very high, and it is also worth a five-star rating. However, in terms of the professionalism of the service staff, the performance is acceptable, and a three-star rating is given. The management level of the hotel needs to be improved, and only two stars can be given. The interior decoration of the hotel presents a Nanyang style, and the details show a sense of design. The overall style is very in line with my preferences. The hotel has a full range of facilities such as a high-level executive lounge, gym, swimming pool, and children's playground. 2. Check-in twists and turns There were some problems during check-in. The hotel informed us that there were no suites available for upgrade. However, at that time, the Marriott official website showed that all room types were available for booking. The front desk took the initiative to arrange a room with a better view for us. We originally thought it would be a river view room, but after checking in, we found that it was the smallest city view room. After some communication and negotiation, it was not until 3 pm that we successfully changed our room, which was undoubtedly a deduction for this stay. 3. Room type experience The area of ordinary room types is indeed small, and the surrounding area is mostly construction sites. The quality of the suite is satisfactory, equipped with a smart toilet, Dyson hair dryer, and two TVs that can be cast, which is convenient for my daughter and me to watch music variety shows together and enjoy parent-child time. 4. Children's playground The hotel's children's playground is not large, and for my 7-year-old daughter, the only project she can play is sand painting. Although the quality of the sand painting is relatively average, it is free to experience and there were few tourists at the time. My daughter and I were able to complete 6 sand paintings, and the process was very warm and healing.
