[Chiba Prefecture] A shrine where you can see airplanes up close

Toho Shrine / Chiba Prefecture 𓂃◌𓈒𓐍 𓂃◌𓈒𓐍𓂃◌𓈒𓐍𓂃 ⛩️Introduction to the shrine This "Aviation Shrine" was relocated from Tsudanuma Town and was founded in 1953. The shrine grounds are surrounded by the airport grounds and are covered with a high white wall, creating a slightly strange sight. It is located near the southern end of Narita Airport's B runway, so it is a photo spot with aircraft ✈️ taking off and landing passing overhead! 🗺️Points of the shrine grounds -Aircraft only pass over the shrine grounds when the wind is blowing from the north. -There are no facilities such as parking lots or toilets. 💗Thoughts about the shrine I actually visited the shrine, but I didn't know that it was only when the wind was blowing from the north. It looked a bit lonely. On the way back, I was able to see an airplane passing by just a few minutes from the shrine!
