Koshi Cafe is a must-visit for pistachio lovers in Taipei

#ChristmasDestinations2024 This time I came to Koshi Cafe, which was recommended by a book friend and is located on the roadside of Section 1, Kangning Road. The white and gray exterior is low-key and textured. Walking into the high-ceilinged interior space, combined with the open kitchen design, you instantly have the illusion of being in Northern Europe. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the store allow natural light to fill the space, and large plants such as cacti and succulents create a fresh and bright environment. This visit happened to fall on Christmas, so not only were there festive decorations, but there were also limited-edition desserts available, adding a warmer atmosphere to the entire space. This time I came here specifically to try their pistachio series and ordered the long-awaited #PistachioLatte. This latte is quite interesting. The rim of the cup is covered with white chocolate and crushed pistachios. It is sweet and slightly salty. It combines perfectly with the aroma of the latte when you take a sip, making it smooth and delicious. Although the aroma of pistachio is not as strong as expected, it still warms the heart to take a sip in cold weather. As for light meals, their #sunmushroomcheesesourdoughplatter is a must. This time, the sourdough bread is paired with honey yogurt, stir-fried mushrooms, sesame leaves, and special chimichurri sauce. The layers of rich taste blend in your mouth ~ I love it!
