About Edo Wonderland Nikko Edomura The Japanese name for Edo Wonderland Nikko Edomura translates to "Nikko’s Paradise - Edo Wonderland." This theme park allows visitors to immerse themselves in Edo period culture. Spanning nearly 500,000 square meters, it recreates Edo-era streets, inns, shopping districts, ninja villages, samurai residences, and other historical scenes. Visitors can interact with characters dressed as samurai with topknots, stealthy ninjas, enchanting geishas, and sweet village maidens, or even transform into one of these characters to experience the atmosphere of Edo life firsthand. Additionally, you can enjoy ninja action shows, comedic performances, and rare traditional Edo arts at the theater.
