Soba restaurant in Niseko, Hokkaido

There are many soba restaurants around Niseko in Hokkaido because the water is clean. There are many famous restaurants, but I went to the popular one, Handmade Soba Ichimura. The restaurant opens at 11:00, so I lined up before opening. The parking lot filled up in no time. You can choose between 100% soba and 28% soba.
