#australiatrip When you walk past Corica Pastry shop, you may think it's an old dull bakery with nothing attractive or nothing much to offer. But that is when you're wrong. This little standalone bakery has the best of what perth has to offer, here you can find the most heavenly pastries such as their cannoli, custard puffs, apple pies, cakes and cookies. What I highly recommend from Corica is their lengendary apple strudels. It's the best! It comes in 2 sizes - full ($32) or half size ($22). The apple strudel has different layers of puff pastries and each layer is stuffed with custard, cream and yummy fresh apple bits. If you're in Perth, get that apple strudel and you won't go wrong. Simple delicious!
