Jozenji Temple in Sanbe-cho, Oyama City, Shimane Prefecture Rising up in the narrow grounds of an old temple on the outskirts of town is a giant ginkgo tree that is over 600 years old, with a height of about 30m, a branch width of 23.5m, and a trunk circumference of 9.3m.
