Temple of Zeus and Theatre of Dionysus

The Temple of Zeus is located across the main street, opposite the Acropolis. It is a huge temple dedicated to Zeus from the BC era, and now you can only see the columns. However, you can see it from outside without entering, and all you have to see is the columns, so if you don't feel like getting up close, it might be fine to just take a quick look from outside. However, it is still quite large and impressive when seen up close. If you then head up the hill to the Acropolis, you will find the Theater of Dionysus on the way. It is a little weathered, but you can feel the ancient atmosphere on the way to the Acropolis, which will lift your spirits. #EuropeTravel #Greece #Athens
