[Osaka] Kitashinchi's Strongest Dinner Course

The first dish was the ultimate combination of "blowfish, whitefish milt, and water eggplant." From the moment I took a bite, everything spread in my mouth. The cooking method and ingredients were carefully considered down to the smallest detail, and I couldn't help but enjoy listening to the explanation of the dishes. The recipes and cooking methods that had been thought up for years, the skills of the chef who had trained... I was completely satisfied in every way ♡ . The most memorable dish was "tagliatelle with fresh tomatoes and Awaji Island red shrimp." It was a pasta that made full use of the flavor of the tomatoes, and it was the first time I had ever eaten such a delicious, sweet tomato pasta! 🤤 . The dessert "coconut-flavored panna cotta" was also superb❕ . Also, it was so delicious that I ordered the "melting octopus from Awaji Island" separately from the course🐙 I have the impression that octopus gets hard, but it was so tender...🤤 I highly recommend this restaurant.
