Travelogue of Tennoji Zoo: A Practical Guide for Visitors

As an animal lover, Tennoji Zoo was a must-visit destination on my trip to Osaka! With its rich history and diverse range of animals, I was completely captivated. The moment I stepped into the zoo, I was drawn in by the spacious environment and fresh air. My first stop was the polar bear area, where I was charmed by the sight of two adorable polar bears playing in the water. Next, I visited the Siberian tiger area, where the majestic presence and powerful roars of the tigers left me in awe of nature's grandeur. The zoo's thoughtful design aims to recreate the natural habitats of the animals as closely as possible. In the African savannah area, I felt as if I was truly on a savannah, getting up close and personal with lions, giraffes, zebras, and more, which was both thrilling and exciting. Additionally, the zoo features interactive areas where children can hand-feed small animals like rabbits and guinea pigs, allowing them to experience the joy of close encounters with animals.
