Shinsaibashi's Melody: Echoes of Time in Osaka

On our first day in Osaka, we chose to visit the vibrant Shinsaibashi to experience its shopping charm and street food. In the morning, we took the subway to Shinsaibashi Station and were immediately captivated by the bustling scenes on both sides of the street. Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street is Osaka's most iconic shopping street, featuring a variety of shops ranging from luxury brands to affordable goods. Strolling along the shopping street, we entered a traditional Japanese craft store and picked up some unique wooden souvenirs. By noon, we stopped at a popular takoyaki shop to taste the hot and delicious takoyaki. The crispy exterior and soft interior, paired with rich sauce and bonito flakes, made it irresistible to take bite after bite. We walked along Shinsaibashi-suji all the way to Dotonbori, where the neon lights shone brightly at night. The giant crab sign and the Glico Running Man sign are must-see photo spots.
