Visited at the same time as the restaurant opened for dinner (18:00) and there was a waiting list that was close to being full. It's next to Utopia Shiratama Onsen. About a 5-10 minute walk from the nearest station, Gamo 4-chome♩ ◾︎Shiratama Tsukemen ¥1100 (large 300g + ¥150) ◾︎Cheese Tsukemen ¥1350 The noodles are in a hot spring tub and the soup is simmered in a hot stone bowl. Because it's a hot stone bowl, the soup doesn't get cold at all, which is surprising!! 🫕 I usually ask for the tsukemen to be reheated many times, but this one was really hot until the very end! The normal amount of noodles is 200g, which is great~ You can eat a lot! The cheese was quite rich (so much cheese that it covered the noodles) and it was innovative and delicious. This ramen is the best after a bath!
