Osaka Travel Review: A colorful city, delicious food and full of cuteness! 🌸🍡🦑 Hello~ Today, I will tell you about Boom's travel story in Osaka. It was a very fun and cute trip. The people here are also very nice and kind. ⸻ Day 1: Arrived in Osaka! Kansai Airport with an easy start After a long flight from Thailand, Boom arrived at Kansai Airport in Osaka. It is very clean and well organized. Traveling into the city is also very convenient. Boom chose to buy an ICOCA card, which is a prepaid card for trains and buses, so she didn't have to worry about buying tickets often. Traveling from the airport by JR train took only about 40 minutes. When taking the train to I saw the view of Osaka city gradually appearing. It was so exciting. It was like I was about to start a fun adventure. ⸻ Day 1 (continued): Dotonbori, the district of lights and deliciousness 🌟 The first place I went to was Dotonbori. This district is truly a paradise for food and shopping lovers. The streets were full of bright neon signs, the sound of music and the aroma of food wafted into my nose. Boom started by trying “Takoyaki”, round balls filled with soft squid, fried until hot, topped with a special sauce, mayonnaise and dried fish powder on top. It was so delicious that I couldn’t stop eating it. Next was “Okonomiyaki”, or Japanese pizza, with vegetables, shrimp and pork. The taste was rich, and there was melted cheese to make it even more delicious. Boom took a leisurely stroll along the streets and stopped by a cute dessert shop that served mochi and green tea ice cream, which were incredibly delicious desserts. ⸻ Day 2: Osaka Castle and Sakura Park 🌸 On the second morning, Boom woke up early to go see Osaka Castle, which is a landmark of this city. The castle itself has a very beautiful architecture. The white contrasts with the golden roof, sparkling in the sunlight, so beautiful that it melts your heart. Walking around the castle, where there are detailed displays of Japanese history, Boom felt like he had traveled back in time to the samurai era. And on the top floor of the castle, you can see a panoramic view of Osaka. It was so beautiful that I had to hold up my camera and take pictures for hours. The castle is surrounded by a large park, and most importantly, Boom went when the cherry blossoms were in full bloom. The atmosphere was super romantic, with only sweet pink and the sound of birds chirping. It was perfect for walking, relaxing, and taking pictures. ⸻ Day 3: Have a blast at Universal Studios Japan 🎢🦄 The next day, Boom went to Universal Studios Japan, a famous theme park that anyone visiting Osaka should not miss! There is a Hogwarts zone from the Harry Potter world that feels like you have truly entered a magical world. Boom got to play some really fun rides, ride an exciting roller coaster, and even take pictures with cute characters like Minions, Spiderman, and other characters. The atmosphere was full of laughter and fun. Most importantly, everything was very well managed. There were no long lines and there were many delicious snacks, including sweet ice cream that helped cool down. ⸻ Day Four: A relaxing day in Nara with cute little deer 🦌💕 Boom chose to visit Nara, which is near Osaka. There is a deer park where you can feed the deer. Boom bought some sembei and the deer came running all over. They were so cute. The deer were not afraid of people at all. They were so kind. Boom also visited Todaiji Temple, which has a very famous Great Buddha (Daibutsu). This temple is peaceful and beautiful, perfect for taking in the atmosphere and taking pictures as memories. Visiting Nara made me feel relaxed and got to experience the traditional Japanese way of life, which is very different from Osaka. ⸻ Day Five: Shopping and beautiful cafes in Shinsaibashi 🛍️🍰 On the last day before going back, Boom went for a walk in Shinsaibashi, a shopping district in the heart of the city. There are many fashion shops, souvenir shops, and cute cafes. Boom stopped by a cafe decorated in soft pastel colors. Sip a hot latte with fresh fruit cake, so delicious you have to buy some to take home. Shop for cute souvenirs for your friends and family.
