🐙 Osaka Travel Review… A city that warms your heart Osaka is a city that never sleeps. The bustling atmosphere of the people, the colorful shops, and the aroma of food wafting from afar make every step feel like you are in a new, warm and lovely world. No matter where you go, there are many foods worth trying, such as hot takoyaki, fragrant ramen, fresh sushi that melts in your mouth, and cute desserts that you don’t dare to eat. The shops are also full of cute little things that you want to buy and bring back for all your friends. Traveling within the city is also very convenient, whether it’s the subway or the tram. Everything is on time, so we started to believe in the magic of Japan. Waiting for the train with Japanese people lined up in an orderly manner feels like we are in a Japanese drama that is extremely heartwarming. Standing in front of the Glico sign and raising your arms like everyone else makes my heart flutter in an indescribable way. Even though it’s just a sign, I feel like it’s one of the “check-in spots” that you have to visit at least once in your life. The sounds of music, people talking, and the smell of takoyaki floating along the way make every step full of smiles. While walking in Shinsaibashi, Full of small shops selling cute things like clothes, bags, shoes, stationery, pastel-colored cafes decorated in a minimalist style, knick-knack shops that seem to take us back to our childhood, cute little dolls that make us want to buy them all and take them back to Thailand. Osaka is not only chaotic, but also has beautiful quiet corners like “Osaka Castle” located in the middle of a large, shady and peaceful garden. Standing and looking at the white and gold castle contrasting with the blue sky and green trees is a beautiful picture book-like image. In addition, we also had the opportunity to take a train to Nara, a small city where “deer” are the locals. When we walked close to them and gave them sembei, the deer walked over without any hesitation and even bowed as if they knew more manners than us. So cute that it melted our hearts. There’s no need to mention the food here because everything we put in our mouths is delicious. Fresh sushi that melts in your mouth, ramen with a rich soup that makes you forget about ramen in Thailand. Desserts like mochi or melon pan are fragrant and soft. When you chew it, it feels like you’re hugging yourself on a cold day. We stopped by a small, quiet cafe, where jazz was playing softly. Sunlight filtered through the glass and hit the matcha latte in my hand. Looking outside, I saw leaves gently swaying and people walking by. It was a precious moment that I couldn't describe. Osaka is not just a tourist city, but it's a "second home" feeling that doesn't require any effort to make me feel at ease. Every corner, every street, every word of the people here is so warm that I felt like I wanted to freeze time for as long as possible. Every time I heard an announcement at the station, the "arigato gozaimasu" from a shop clerk, or the laughter of children walking in the park, it was music that played in my heart even after I got home. Osaka taught me that "travel" doesn't have to be far or expensive. If we are ready to accept it and walk with a desire to know more about the world, we will unknowingly find the most beautiful things in life. No matter what anyone says about Japan, for me, Osaka is a city that fills my suitcase with memories. It's a city that brightens my smile. It's a city that I want to return to every time my heart is tired.
