We stayed at the Kingsford hotel so we're able to eat at the café several times. The steak in the breakfast of champions was tender and really flavourful; savoury yet smoky and juicy, cooked to a nice medium rare. The strawberry elderflower sundae and buttermilk waffle was a literal dream, the creamy ice cream complemented the crispy yet soft waffle perfectly. Not forgetting the iconic french toast, with the slightly crispy edges and rich goodness in the middle. The coffee not only had gorgeous latte art, it was also some of the best coffee I’ve had, really rich, creamy but not acidic. #philippinestrip #travel #localfood
