#GlobalTravel I only found out about this market when I went to Paris for the third time! (｡･ω･｡)ﾉ The Marché des Enfants Rouges in the Marais district is the oldest market in Paris. The name comes from a 16th-century institution that housed orphans wearing red clothes. It was established in 1615 by order of Louis XIII and was listed as a Parisian historical monument in 1982. The most recommended food in the market is definitely oysters! 🦪The price is much cheaper than other restaurants, and the freshness is just as good. Another thing you can’t miss is The Butcher of Paris’ steak sandwich. The French bread is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, paired with perfectly cooked steak. Every bite is a delight! Although the Bastille Market is more famous, the quality of ingredients and the level of food here are even better.
