Sansiri created The Base Central Pattaya, which is located at 104 Thanon Pattayasaisong, Muang Pattaya, Amphoe Bang Lamung, Chang Wat Chon Buri 20150. Hive Sukhumvit 65, Mori Haus, and The Lanai Sathorn are all projects by Sansiri. The Base Central Pattaya's construction was finished in 2016. The condominium consists of three buildings with a total of 32 stories and 1112 units. It is only 300 meters from the beach which is my fave spot to hang out and surrounded by a plethora of lifestyle places for shopping, hanging out, or simply taking in the panoramic view in a serene setting, each hour is fully utilized. #beautifulsunsets #bestislandtraveltowns #seasidephotoguide #summervacation #beachvacation #hotelstay

If you are visiting Pattaya, then this is the must visit spot. make sure to visit ONLY during MORNING hours. because you will have to party at night :) variety of foods, small gifts, street food sort of floating food market, small boat trip, service also good. But on top of that you need to order in minimum 300 per person to take a photo. Their food was expensive but delicious so it is kind of acceptable. People recommend you to go once but not twice and I kinda agree. I highly recommend you to go pretty early in the morning when they just opened the cafe because of the heat and crowded people. If you are Instagramer, this place is still where you should go when you go to Pattaya, obviously as beautiful as it is. #tripfoodie#summervacation#beachvacation
