After Yum Pattaya

If you arrive in Pattaya and crave something spicy, you must think of After Yum Pattaya first. Today, we had a deliciously tangy and spicy dish with fermented fish sauce. Super spicy! The crispy chicken, crunchy shrimp, and two types of spicy dipping sauces were amazing. The Ubon pork sausage salad was made with authentic pork sausage, no tricks here. The fried pork neck and three-layered pork belly were deliciously juicy, especially when paired with fried garlic. Unique and flavorful. The new store is bigger and has air conditioning. It hasn't moved far; it's right next to the old store at the Cartex gas station.
