How lucky to encounter sunny days during Thailand's rainy season! This time in Pattaya, I stayed at the most beautiful Andaz resort. The most chill way to vacation is probably just lounging here all day. This hotel avoids the hustle of Pattaya's downtown, hidden in the greenery of Jomtien Beach. Transformed from a tycoon's manor, three century-old teakwood mansions were converted into villas. With a private beach free from tourist crowds, you'll only find your own peaceful moments. My room this time had direct pool access when opening the door, creating a feeling of wandering through tropical jungle! While the hotel is quite far from the city center, its restaurants are excellent. The breakfast was the most lavish I've ever had - all made-to-order from an à la carte menu, and the Eggs Benedict were absolutely divine! For lunch, I chose WokWok specializing in Thai cuisine: truly delicious, we finished every drop of the Tom Yum soup and Pad Thai~ Dinner was at the poolside Fish Club - having cocktails while watching the sunset was magical. Highly recommend booking their spa - incredibly relaxing. I tried PAÑPURI's traditional Thai massage and felt light as a cloud afterwards. Here, you really don't need to rush. Waking up naturally every day - this leisurely vacation style is true recharging!
