The hotel is located in the heart of Pattaya. It is convenient to travel. There is no private beach, but there is a public beach. You can walk across the street to walk. During Covid, the beach is quite crowded. The hotel has a parking lot on the 2nd floor of the mall and a bellboy to receive luggage on the 1st floor of the hotel. We can park and drop off our luggage on the 1st floor and then go up to park on the 2nd floor of the mall. There will be staff waiting at various points. The staff are good and polite. As for checking in, you have to take the elevator to the 16th floor. The lobby area is beautiful and spacious. It is next to the private swimming pool area for only guests. As for the Drift restaurant area, the view is beautiful. You can see the sea in front of the beach. Panoramic view As for the room I stayed in, it was a Deluxe ocean view. The room size was not big or small. The bathroom was quite large. But the facilities in the room were still lower than the standard. For example, there was no Bodycream. There were no small hand towels in the bathroom. You had to ask for more. What you got were hair towels. The blankets were smaller than other hotels and were not arranged like other hotels in the same class. On the day of check-in, I got a room on the edge. The service was fast.
