Chaiwatthanaram Temple

Wat Chaiwatthanaram Another ancient temple of the late Ayutthaya period, located in Ban Pom Subdistrict, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya District, was built in 2173 by King Prasat Thong to dedicate merit to his mother. The architecture of the construction is unlike any other temple in Ayutthaya. Some were influenced by Khmer art, modeled after Angkor Wat, namely, there is a main prang and corner prangs on the same base in the middle of the area and surrounded by four more subsidiary prangs. #CentralTeam #WorldHeritage
