Let's try the Crying Tiger Noodles because I came to visit Ayutthaya and stayed at a homestay near the shop. Walking past, I felt that this shop was decorated in a contemporary style, looking more hip than other traditional boat noodle shops. When I walked into the shop, I felt that the shop was decorated in a truly modern style. It was also one of the first shops to use Wagyu beef as a signature menu item. 🍜 The noodles I ordered were Crying Tiger Waterfall with added stewed beef tendons for 155 baht. Served with plain rice and Coke. The soup was rich, delicious, and tasty. The price of the food may be higher than other boat noodle shops, but the amount is enough to fill you up. The serving of spoons and chopsticks is packed separately and served with the bowl of noodles. It looks clean and sanitary. The condiments and the glass with tissue paper look good, clean, and not messy like other shops. In addition to boat noodles, the shop also has dry rice soup, grilled beef tongue, fried rice with boat noodles, pork neck salad, stewed pork miang as additional options to choose from. For vegetarians, the shop also has options for vegetarians. It is a noodle soup with tofu skin / fried rice with basil and tofu and mushrooms / stir-fried wide noodles with soy sauce and black tofu. You can also choose to eat it. Overall, the taste is good and the price is not expensive.
