Japanese Village, Ayutthaya.

The Japanese Village in Ayutthaya is located not far from Wat Phanan Choeng Worawihan. It covers a wide area with the back bordering a river. Within the area, there are two main buildings that exhibit the history and the good relationship between Thailand and Japan from the past to the present. There are kimono sets available for rent for photo taking. Outside the buildings, there is a small garden where you can sit and enjoy the cool breeze, and there are savory and sweet snacks to choose from. In the second building, there is a video presentation room about the history of Thao Thong Kip Ma, the originator of Thai desserts (Thong Yip, Thong Yod) that we are familiar with. Further on, before reaching the exit, there is a pond that Japanese people believe is used to cleanse bad things and bring happiness, success, and fulfillment. There is also a spot to hang prayer plaques before reaching the parking lot. Overall, it is considered a rest stop and a brief educational spot suitable for all ages. The staff are helpful, and if you follow the recommended map, you will have a complete experience.
