Wat Phra That Thin Taen Luang, Phrae Province

Wat Phra That Thin Taen Luang is located at 1 Moo 3, Ban Thin Subdistrict, Mueang District, Phrae Province. It was built in 1996 and is approximately 12 kilometers northeast of Phrae City. From "Wat Thin Nai", you will find a brick wall and a carved wooden archway with a sign "Wat Phra That Thin Luang" on the left. The large white pagoda is very beautiful. It is surrounded by a glass wall with a three-headed naga staircase and a brick gate with teak doors that look like folding doors as the entrance. The main chapel is painted white and decorated with stucco patterns. It is surrounded by shady trees. Inside the temple, there is a large white ordination hall. Inside is the Phra Chao Tan Jai and other beautifully decorated gold objects. There is a large white square pagoda standing out prominently. There is a "Makarakayanakha Samsean" staircase (Mom Khoyonnakha) leading up to the pagoda.
