The first location is Merlin Kitchen, located on the 1st floor of the Phuket Merlin Hotel, which sells rice dishes such as vegetarian Hong pork, pickled vegetables, vegetarian spicy salad, mixed vegetable curry, vegetarian shrimp paste chili dip, vegetarian fried mixed vegetables, stewed vegetables, bitter melon curry, and many more vegetarian menus.
