It uses Thai herbs such as lemongrass, tamarind, kaffir lime, fingerroot, turmeric, camphor, and salt wrapped in compresses and steamed. When pressed onto the body, the heat and medicinal properties of the herbs help to deeply relieve fatigue and provide relaxation. It is suitable for people who sit in front of a computer for long periods of time or people with office syndrome. Other interesting treatments include Thai massage, acupressure, stretching, and oil massage that emphasizes relaxation with a light touch. Specific massages such as feet, back, head, and shoulders, or scrubs, which include jasmine rice to moisturize the skin. Fruits with AHA acids help exfoliate and balance the natural PH.
