An unforgettable experience 🐘❤️

Visiting Phuket’s elephant sanctuary was one of the best moments that we had on the island. When we reached the sanctuary, the staff welcomed us warmly and took us in small groups. They explained to us the story behind this project, their mission and the way they do things. They also emphasised about the importance of conservation and preservation of the environment. After the explanation, we were encouraged to engage different activities such as feeding, bathing and observing the elephants. It was absolutely memorable! I highly recommend to have an experience like this.
