Or you can rent a car, I personally ride a motorcycle. Renting a motorcycle in Phuket is very convenient and safe. If you use Google navigation, the path shown on the map is incorrect. Because the navigation will ask you to cross a road, but that road is a private path of a resort. I included a map in the last photo. If you are heading from the airport, do not take the first red route. Take the blue route next to it, and when you reach the road next to the beach, you will see many tuk-tuks.
