As for the hotel decor, it's a bit dated but still elegant, especially the bright lobby and the elegant lounge, which has a vintage feel. It's said to have a resort-style layout, and although it's a bit old, it feels very cozy. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the service staff were all smiling, which made us feel very warm. The room was really spacious and comfortable! We stayed in the Royal Hall on the 22nd floor, and the room was large with two balconies overlooking the beautiful view of Patong.
