Steak & Thai Tapas, anyone?

Thai tapas? I had the exact same thought. I've never imagined or pictured those 2 words together! But what a pleasant surprise it was when I decided to have dinner at Taurus, the restaurant at Anantara Vacation Club Mai Khao, Phuket, Thailand. This restaurant boasts an extensive menu, featuring lots of unique and traditional Thai tapas whipped up by enthusiastic chefs who are GREAT at their profession! I recommend the prawn Tom Yum Goong, the Crab Meat Omelette (Kai Jaew), and of course the Seafood & Shrimp Fried Rice. Every single dish I tried was perfect... rice was fluffy, tom yum was flavorful without being heavy, and the crab meat was generously provided and extremely fresh.
