I love the crispy skin and tender flesh. I feel I am eating potato chips when I bite on the crispy pork skins. And the large pieces of dark pork trotters are so moist, tender and flavorful, they are all melting in my mouth, The egg noodle we try today is thinner one, and it is smooth and tender.
