While planning my trip to Chile, I found out that I could visit the house where Nobel Prize winner Pablo Neruda lived! The entrance fee was the adult price, without the student discount, and I could pay on site! The price included the audio guide!!! 📍La Chascona Location Fernando Márquez de La Plata 0192, 7520284 Santiago, Providencia, Región Metropolitana, Chile ✅ This is where Neruda and his lover Matilde Urrutia lived together, and it was a creative space for Neruda's poetry and a source of literary inspiration. ✅ La Chascona features a unique architecture and beautiful garden, and various items that reflect Neruda and Matilde's personality and love are on display. ✅ Neruda's poetry books, paintings, and props are displayed throughout the house, providing tourists with interesting insights into Neruda's life and works. The most interesting part was when you opened the closet-like space! The point is that there is a door to another space.
