#celebrateit Shin Zushi has been a long-established Japanese brand in Klang Valley. There are different branches all over, and most of them have long queues even before business hour starts. The first impression it left on me was how little rice it uses for its sushi. A huge piece of fish on top of rice of a finger-tip. So you got to try more fish than the vinegar rice.
