This isn't Jeju Island; this is Putian, Fujian!

📍This is Meizhou Island, Putian City, Fujian Province! Meizhou Island is a beautiful small island. My two days and one night here were really comfortable and relaxing. I imagined what it would be like to live here! ✅How to get there: 1. Self-drive: Navigate to Wenjia Wharf (parking lot 20/day) 2. Take the high-speed train to Putian Station, Fujian - take bus No. 363/K09 - take the ferry at Wenjia Wharf - Meizhou Island 3. Ferry ticket: 125/person (round trip). I used a student ticket and got a discount. The ferry ride is about 16 mins. Book tickets in advance. ✅Attractions Goose Tail God Stone Park—Feiji Cave—Sea Plank Road—Mazu Temple—Meizhou Island Tidal Sound—Golden Beach—Rainbow Road Many people take their children to play in the water at the beach. You can bring what you need if you want to play too. (I can share my itinerary later if needed) ✅Food As someone from Fujian, I think all kinds of Putian seafood noodles are delicious. I recommend Mazu noodles, seafood noodles, Putian braised noodles, and Four Fruit Soup to friends from other provinces (I only took one picture of the food). On the way back, there are seafood products like dried squid, dried scallops, seaweed, etc. (sold at stalls and by elderly women). They are quite cheap, so buy some to take home. You won't find such cheap and delicious seafood again. ✅Getting around the island 1. Bus: It's very convenient if you live near a bus stop, but pay attention to the last bus. 2. Rent an electric scooter: Electric scooters are naturally convenient, and it's really fun to ride them. 3. Taxi: A bit more expensive (the island isn't that big).
