The reception staff's sincere smiles and efficient and enthusiastic check-in process, patiently answering every question and thoughtfully informing me of breakfast times and hotel facility details upon handing over the room key, demonstrate professionalism and care, dispelling much of the unfamiliarity of a first-time visitor. The room layout is ingenious, with well-utilized space. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, like being gently enveloped by clouds, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. The bedside is equipped with exquisite decorations and easily accessible power outlets, convenient and thoughtful, meeting the modern need to recharge at any time. The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet area. The showerhead has strong and constant water pressure, and the toiletries exude a subtle fragrance. After washing away the dust, the bright light in front of the mirror makes dressing up a pleasure. The thick and fluffy towels and bath towels are highly absorbent, and every small item reflects the hotel's pursuit of quality living. During my stay at Zendy Hotel, every detail was meticulously crafted, from the hardware facilities to the software services, all making me feel at home.
