Helan Mountain's Emerging Winery

The eastern foothills of Helan Mountain in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region is a renowned wine-producing area in China 🍇. The region boasts over a hundred wineries of various sizes. On our Ningxia wine tour, we stayed at the 'Xige Winery,' an emerging winery established in 2017. The architectural style is modern, with thick circular walls made from stones from Helan Mountain, making it a unique and iconic structure. Inside, the estate includes a wine production line, wine cellar, exhibition hall, library, and restaurant. The estate also offers hotel-style rooms for visitors 🛌. Guests can participate in guided tours to learn about grape cultivation and wine production. The estate also offers wine tasting activities, where guests can sample different wines produced by the winery 🍷🍷 under the guidance of the staff. After dinner, if you still feel like drinking, you can move to the restaurant's terrace to continue enjoying the winery's fine wines under the starlight.
