The northern sea always carries a hint of coldness and detachment, but my stay at Yinhub Hotel in Beidaihe gave me a different feeling of warmth and tranquility. Yinhub Hotel doesn't have a prominent sign. The low-key entrance seems to be telling the theme of "seclusion". Entering the lobby, the high space, the collision of wood and cement, and the green plants dotted in between instantly calm people down. The moment I opened the door, I was shocked by the scene in front of me. The entire floor-to-ceiling window frames the blue sea and sky into a painting. The sunlight shines in, and the light and shadow in the room are intertwined, as if you are in an art gallery. The design of the room continues the overall minimalist style, with wooden furniture, cotton and linen fabrics, and cement walls. Every detail reveals a restrained sense of beauty. What surprised me the most was that the room was also equipped with a smart home system. With just a soft call, you can control the lights, curtains, and air conditioner, which is full of technology. The hotel's buffet breakfast is rich in variety, combining Chinese and Western styles. There is both seafood porridge with Beidaihe characteristics and exquisite Western pastries. For lunch and dinner, you can choose to dine in the hotel's Chinese or Western restaurant. I tried their signature dishes - braised abalone and pan-fried cod. The ingredients were fresh and the cooking skills were superb. Every bite was a treat for my taste buds. The hotel's facilities are complete, including a gym, swimming pool, SPA, and book bar. In the evening, I would also go to the hotel's terrace bar for a drink, watching the sunset and the sea and sky, all my worries disappeared. The hotel is surrounded by a quiet environment, and the beach is within walking distance. In the early morning, I jogged along the coastline, breathing fresh air and feeling the caress of the sea breeze. The hotel also provides bicycle rental services, so you can cycle to explore the surrounding villages and attractions and feel the other side of Beidaihe.
