· Qiqihar Museum Established in 2003, the museum's core exhibition, "The Narration of Nenjiang Civilization," details the history of Crane City (Qiqihar) with over 5,000 cultural relics. It is now a National Second-Class Museum. The museum offers free admission, closes on Mondays, and takes about 1-2 hours to explore. Focus on the historical exhibits, where some artifacts showcase local characteristics. · Heilongjiang Military Governor's Office As the highest military-political institution in Heilongjiang Province during the Republic of China era, this is one of the largest and best-preserved Republic-era military-political architectural complexes in Northeast China. It is now a National Key Cultural Relics Protection Unit. Currently an annex of the museum, the Governor's Office is accessible only through the museum. The preserved main building and courtyard are original structures, with simple exhibitions inside recounting its history. The main building’s lattice-patterned stained-glass windows are exquisite, and some interior scenes and wax figures have been recreated. The Jiangqiao Anti-Japanese War, which marked China's first armed resistance against Japanese aggression, was commanded here by Ma Zhanshan, then chairman of Heilongjiang Province.
