There is no evidence of who built the temple. The temple's name is based on its location. It is located in Soi Phra Ram 3, Soi 20. The sema is on the base in 8 directions. There is Luang Pho Phra Si Sanphet, the Buddha in the Mara-Vijaya posture, as the principal Buddha image. There are standing Buddhas in the posture of suppressing the moon on both sides, along with disciples sitting at the 4 corners. In front is a reclining Buddha in the posture of reclining, which has never been found in an ordination hall. In front of the ordination hall is a small Buddha in the birth posture. Behind the ordination hall is a pagoda containing Luang Pu Phum's ashes. Further in is the Luang Pu Phum Museum, a 2-story building. The upper floor enshrines the relics of the Buddha, and the lower floor has the Buddha in the emperor's robes as the principal Buddha image.
